Vivian van der Merwe, key Director of UrbanPro Solutions, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the company. He holds a BSc Degree in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria, completed in 1999, and has over 28 years of experience in the construction and project management fields. After graduating, Vivian managed projects for various property developers, overseeing the development of approximately 2000 housing units. In 2005, he launched VM Projects, where he succesfully built more than 3000 housing units, ranging from small affordable homes and cluster developments to luxury double-storey houses in secure estates. His extensive experience includes managing construction teams, coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and project managers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Under the combined leadership of Frank and Vivian, UrbanPro Solutions continues to grow with a shared vision - to become the "Go-To" company in Gauteng for property owners seeking reliable, high-quality construction, maintenance, and renovation services.
